It's to lose weight for people who have tried other options but nothing works... im wanting to see if anyone has had luck or what their experiences are with this?

1i too just started taking it - it's been 1 week and I lost 2lbs so far. i have tons of energy and for the first 4 days i didn't eat much - maybe some fruit or something like that - yesterday was the first day i really had a desire to eat. i'm also starting to sleep better during the night - you just have to give your body time to adjust. good luck - let me know how you make out.
