I know that diet and exercise is best, so I don't want to hear that, I know. I would like this to give my weight lose a jump start. I've lost 25 lbs. on my own and can't seem to get past that I need to lose about 30 to 40 more pounds. Please answer, I need an answer soon. Thanks

1Some doctors will use a BMI standard. Others require 60+ pounds overweight. Your doctor will have his/her own guideline.
