shoulder pain while using bontril?

i have been on bontril for 4 days and lost 4 lbs. i havent had any of the side effects listed, only that ive noticed some pain on my upper left arm and some mild tingling on pinky. is this because of the pill?

1You should see your doctor if the pain persists and that mild tingle doesnt sound too good.Though you may not be having any of the known side effects, Bontril does have some side effects which are probably still unknown. Make sure to drink PLENTY of water this is very important when taking Bontril and you may see a difference. Do some blood circulation exercises like what people do on planes and make sure you are not taking any other medications along side Bontril. In all honesty Diet Pills are never a great thing so be sure to look after yourself and eat as healthy as you can. Good Luck.
